Maria Aragon kicked off our event with a beautiful rendition of “Let it Snow” to put us in the
holiday spirit.
Margaret Wallis-Duffy, R.M.T, C.P.C.A, Therapist, shared her point of view on how to improve
your immune system.
Margaret focused here presentation on expanding on the 5 tips to boost immunity:
i. Stress Reduction/Vagus Nerve
ii. Self Massage/Acupressure
iii. Food
iv. Movement
v. Sleep
We enjoyed an Intuitive Meditation session by CCA-Canada that made everyone feel calm and peaceful.
Maria Aragon returned to conclude the event with following songs: Winter Wonderland, Silent Night and Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas.
