Arka Dhyana Intuitive Meditation Practical Course

This is an instructor-led course teaching the practical experience of Arka Dhyana Intuitive Meditation

The course begins with teaching the foundation of the method by introducing the key components (touch, sound & breath) and their significance. It teaches the student how to prepare for meditation and what are the best times to practice.

The course will cover the entire Arka Dhyana Intuitive Meditation method which includes all 19 touch points. The student will gain more confidence and awareness in feeling depth of the points and being involved with them consciously.

Variations and customizing of the method are also taught. The student will be given the opportunity to practice what they’ve learned.

At the end of the course, the student will be assigned a practice schedule and issued a certificate of completion.

Classes for continued study of Arka Dhyana Intuitive Meditation Practice and Philosophy will be discussed.

Pre-requisite: Successful completion of the Online Theory Course  (Certificate issued)

This course incorporates philosophical study with regular practice of meditation

This course consists of 5 classes. In each class, we cover 2 modules that focus on learning the underlying theory and philosophy. The theory is based on talks and books written by Srinivas Arka.

Pre-requisite: Completion of Online Theory Course, Practical Course and Practice and Philosophy Course
