Nous mettons l’accent sur la sensibilisation du public envers la méditation et l’apport d’une contribution significative au mieux-être des collectivités.

Notre objectif est d’accroître la perception consciente des personnes, particulièrement les aînés et de les aider à réaliser pleinement leur potentiel intrinsèque, leur rôle, leurs responsabilités ainsi que leur identité unique. Ces individus parviennent alors à appréhender le rôle crucial qu’ils doivent jouer au niveau de leur vie et des progrès de l’ensemble de l’humanité, en harmonie avec la nature.

Les pratiques méditatives générales servent à apprivoiser, à contrôler et à intensifier le pouvoir de la pensée et de ses facultés. La pratique continue de certaines techniques peut faciliter le développement de perceptions extra-sensorielles et rendre possible le sentiment de paix intérieure.
