What a great way to conclude 2018!

Our Positive Living – Improving Your Mental Health event brought together seniors from the Markham, Scarborough, Thornhill and the GTA to learn about their mental health.

Andrea Ubell, MSW RSW from Alzheimer Society of York Region spoke on DementiaIntroduction & Coping Techniques.

Peter Han entertained us with his electric violin that touched our hearts. His rendition of Bob Marley’s “One Love” caused a spontaneous dance and celebration.

Participants enjoyed a healthy, vegetarian buffet lunch.
They were also challenged to a Word search puzzled to help them maintain healthy brains.

We also celebrated our 8th Anniversary event with a cake cutting.
