We were invited to give a demonstration on meditation by the Nexus Youth Centre, which is a counselling and drop in centre for youth in Mississauga.
We discussed what meditation is and what are the benefits of practicing meditation.
We practiced Intuitive Meditation together and the participants asked various questions, such as:
When is the best time to practice meditation? What is the role of concentration in meditation? Can meditation help one sleep? What is the difference between our method and visualization techniques?
